Fikom Untar continued its Practitioners Week 2025 on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, with an inspiring session held at the Auditorium, 17th Floor, Hall A Building, Campus 2 of Universitas Tarumanagara. The event featured three successful alumni who have made their mark in the creative communication and media startup scene: Christina Alfiani, Raymond Tjahyadi, and Nicholas Rijako.
In a room filled with enthusiasm, Christina Alfiani, Co-Founder and Director of Delapan PR, opened the session by sharing her team’s journey in building a strong reputation in the world of public relations. She highlighted the significance of fostering solid media relations as the foundation of PR success. “Media relations are not just about publicity—it’s about maintaining long-term trust and credibility,” she emphasized.
The session continued with a presentation by Raymond Tjahyadi, Creative Director of BOLT Design Studio, who discussed the crucial role of teamwork in delivering impactful visual communication design. “Big projects can’t be done alone. Understanding the brief, conducting in-depth research, and going through stages of development and revision are key to our success,” said Raymond. He also showcased BOLT’s achievements through strategic collaborations with prominent brands.
Nicholas Rijako, CEO and Founder of Zero to One, concluded the session with insights on today’s digital marketing strategies. He underlined the importance of crafting a consistent and long-term narrative in engaging with audiences. Adopting the philosophy “Break borders, not dreams. Work from anywhere, earn beyond limits,” Nicholas inspired students to embrace creativity without boundaries in the digital era.
All three speakers also shared personal experiences on navigating the fast-evolving market trends and stressed the value of expanding professional networks during the interactive talk show segment. This session served as an educational and motivational platform for students to better understand both the challenges and opportunities within the creative and media industries. (MN)
