(CEO of Master Culinary Group), Michelle Pangestu, S.I.Kom. (Associate Vice President of Digital Engagement Strategy at IM3), and Natasha Angela, S.I.Kom. He highlighted the power of concept and communication in developing a culinary business.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1959\">\n<p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1959\">\u201cIn the F&amp;B world, it\u2019s not only about products or recipes, but also about concept and branding. With a strong concept, we can increase a product\u2019s value up to seven times. Gococo also uplifts local products and farmers\u2019 livelihoods by using coconuts sourced from Indonesia\u2019s finest plantations,\u201d Randy explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2215\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2660\" src=\"https:\/\/fikom.untar.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-Berita-3-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1016\" height=\"638\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fikom.untar.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-Berita-3-3.png 1016w, https:\/\/fikom.untar.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-Berita-3-3-980x615.png 980w, https:\/\/fikom.untar.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-Berita-3-3-480x301.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1016px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2215\">Meanwhile, Michelle Pangestu shared her career journey from advertising to leading digital engagement strategy at IM3. She conveyed her insights on the importance of consistency, strategic thinking, and storytelling in building a strong brand identity.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2628\">\n<p data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2628\">\u201cA simple value, when consistently resonated, will stick in the minds of consumers. Never stop learning\u2014persistence beats talent. Start by thinking strategically, finding \u2018the why\u2019 before \u2018the what\u2019, and create content with storytelling that emotionally connects with your audience. She explained how brand management, event marketing, and customer experience play crucial roles in maintaining a brand\u2019s image and global value.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"3083\">\n<p data-start=\"2924\" data-end=\"3083\">\u201cIn the luxury industry, we\u2019re not just selling products\u2014we\u2019re selling a lifestyle and values that live within every customer experience,\u201d Natasha explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3351\">Following the presentations, an interactive discussion took place where participants showed great enthusiasm throughout the session.
