Jakarta, October 31, 2025 \u2014 The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Communication Science, Universitas Tarumanagara (BEM Fikom Untar), successfully held Hepicreation 2025 with the theme \u201cCatalyst: Shaping Society with Integrity.\u201d The event took place at the Untar Creative Hub, aiming to inspire young people to become catalysts for positive societal change while reinforcing the importance of integrity in every endeavor.<\/p>\n

Unlike previous years, this year’s Hepicreation introduced the sociopreneur concept, encouraging students and youth to recognize opportunities to create innovations that are not only economically beneficial but also impactful for society. Through this concept, participants were reminded that modern success is measured not only by personal achievements, but also by meaningful contributions to the community.<\/p>\n

The event began with an inspiring talk show session featuring experienced speakers from the creative and social industries, who shared insights on the role of integrity, creativity, and social responsibility in building a sustainable career.<\/p>\n

Participants also took part in the Creative Class Workshop: Beaded Watch, a collaboration with local brand @nadora_id. In this session, attendees had the opportunity to enhance their creative skills and learn about a crafting process that holds both aesthetic and economic value. The workshop encouraged participants to experience firsthand how simple ideas can become meaningful, marketable products.<\/p>\n

Through this series of activities, BEM Fikom Untar reaffirms that the HEPI values \u2014 Humble, Excellent, Professional, Integrity \u2014 are not only embraced within the Untar academic community, but also serve as universal principles for individuals aspiring to grow as people of character, compassion, and meaningful social impact.<\/p>\n
