Jakarta, March 3, 2026 \u2014 The Faculty Student Organization (UKMF) <\/span>I-Focus<\/b> from <\/span>Tarumanagara University<\/b> successfully held the <\/span>I-Focus Company Visit 2026<\/b>, carrying the theme <\/span>\u201cFrame the Future of Photography: Focus, Capture, Inspire.\u201d<\/span><\/i> The event featured professionals from <\/span>Focus Nusantara<\/b> as speakers who shared insights into the world of photography and the creative industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

This activity aimed to provide students with a deeper understanding of photography, covering technical aspects, creative concepts, and the dynamics of working in the professional industry. Through this visit, participants were invited to gain firsthand insight into the workflow of professional photographers as well as the rapid development of photography technology, including the use of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the creative process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the event, participants attended presentation sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on exploration of various cameras and photography equipment. The speakers from Focus Nusantara also shared their experiences regarding the opportunities and challenges currently faced in the photography industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the speakers from Focus Nusantara, <\/span>Agnes<\/b>, explained that photography does not rely solely on spontaneous moments but also requires careful planning.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPhotography is not just about pressing the shutter button. There is a creative process, visual concept, and technical arrangement that must be considered so that the photo can tell a story and carry strong value,\u201d said Agnes during her presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

She also added that the rapid advancement of technology requires photographers to continuously adapt to new innovations in order to remain relevant in the industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chairperson of the <\/span>I-Focus Company Visit 2026<\/b> organizing committee stated that the event was designed as a practical learning platform for I-Focus members to gain direct exposure to the professional world.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThrough this Company Visit, we hope to broaden participants\u2019 perspectives and show them that the world of photography offers many career opportunities. We also hope this experience can motivate students to continue developing their creativity and skills in photography,\u201d the chairperson stated.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to gaining knowledge and firsthand experience from professionals, participants also had the opportunity to discuss strategies for surviving and growing within the ever-evolving creative industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>I-Focus Company Visit 2026<\/b> is expected to serve as an initial step for students to better understand the professional photography industry and prepare themselves to face the challenges of the creative industry in the future.
