{"id":3214,"date":"2026-05-13T11:00:51","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T04:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fikom.untar.ac.id\/?p=3214"},"modified":"2026-05-13T10:47:56","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T03:47:56","slug":"untar-rector-emphasizes-fikom-synergy-to-strengthen-internationalization-and-academic-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fikom.untar.ac.id\/en\/2026\/05\/13\/untar-rector-emphasizes-fikom-synergy-to-strengthen-internationalization-and-academic-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Untar Rector Emphasizes Fikom Synergy to Strengthen Internationalization and Academic Innovation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jakarta, 28 April, 2026 \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) Rector Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M. emphasized the importance of strong synergy between faculties and the university in achieving internationalization goals, academic innovation, and collaboration with business and industry sectors during the second day of the Faculty of Communication Sciences (Fikom) Untar Working Meeting (Raker), Wednesday (May 13).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In his remarks, Prof. Amad stressed that successful institutional development requires solid cooperation from all elements within the university environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGood cooperation is essential, teamwork must be solid,\u201d Prof. Amad stated before faculty leaders, lecturers, and educational staff of Fikom Untar.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He explained that Untar continues to promote internationalization development through various strategic programs, including the expansion of distance learning and the establishment of international classes to enhance the university\u2019s global competitiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to him, these initiatives are an important part of Untar\u2019s vision as a world-class university that is adaptive to global changes and future educational needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to academic strengthening, Prof. Amad also highlighted new innovation opportunities through the development of content creator certification, which could be managed by Untar\u2019s certification body.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cContent creation is highly favored by Gen Z. In every study program, there are certainly many who are interested in becoming content creators,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He believes that such certification could provide strategic added value for students across various study programs in responding to the rapid growth of the digital creative industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Fikom Untar Working Meeting serves as a strategic forum to formulate policy directions, program development, and strengthen the faculty\u2019s position in supporting Untar\u2019s transformation into a leading university at both national and international levels.
