Jakarta, September 30, 2026 — The Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Tarumanagara University (DPM FIKOM UNTAR), held its 2026 Internal Leadership Training (LK Internal) under the theme “Ensemble: Learn Together, Grow Together.” The event served as a platform for learning and capacity development among DPM FIKOM UNTAR members, particularly in fostering leadership qualities, strengthening a sense of responsibility, and developing teamwork skills within the organization.
LK Internal 2026 featured two speakers who delivered sessions tailored to the organization’s needs. The first session was led by Kimberly Adonia Gunawan, S.I.Kom., an alumna of DPM FIKOM UNTAR, who shared her insights and experiences on leadership and organizational life. The second session, covering the preparation of accountability reports (LPJ) and proposals, was delivered by Olicia Juliana Gosan, S.Kom. Through this session, participants gained an understanding of the structure, preparation process, and essential aspects to consider when creating organizational administrative documents.
Beyond the presentation of materials, LK Internal 2026 also featured various interactive games designed to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, build trust, and develop participants’ leadership skills. The event also included a sharing session with Herlinita, an alumna of DPM FIKOM UNTAR, who gave participants the opportunity to learn from her experiences, insights, and stories throughout her involvement in the organization.
As a practical application of the materials presented, participants were also given the opportunity to experience the proposal-writing process firsthand. They then presented their work to receive feedback and evaluations. Through this activity, participants were encouraged to think critically, develop their communication skills, and build confidence in presenting ideas and making decisions.
The organization of LK Internal 2026 reflects DPM FIKOM UNTAR’s commitment to developing competent, collaborative, and responsible organizational members. In line with the theme “Ensemble: Learn Together, Grow Together,” the event emphasized that every member plays an important role in creating a supportive organizational environment where everyone can learn and grow together, while developing leadership qualities that can guide the organization toward a better future.
Through LK Internal 2026, all DPM FIKOM UNTAR members are expected not only to gain new knowledge and skills but also to strengthen their leadership qualities, enhance their sense of responsibility, and apply the values of teamwork in carrying out their organizational duties and responsibilities.
